Booking and operational information
The public website does not ask customers to complete a second 1660 service-intake form. Book Appointment links open the shop’s official Tekmetric booking experience. Customer, vehicle, concern, availability, and appointment information entered there is handled by Tekmetric and 1660 Autocare under their applicable terms and privacy practices.
First-party website measurement
The site may record a random anonymous session identifier, page and service views, booking-gateway views, service-category choices, and clicks on call, WhatsApp, directions, email, or Tekmetric booking. It may also record landing-page path, referral host, device category, and campaign tags such as UTM values or a Google click identifier when present.
This first-party event stream is designed not to include customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, VINs, street addresses, repair descriptions, appointment details, or free-text concerns.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is configured for standard website and campaign reporting. Google measurement loads only after the visitor allows optional analytics through the site’s consent interface. Custom 1660 events sent to Google are limited to non-personal service, placement, route, and action context.
Cookies and browser storage
Required browser storage may support anonymous session measurement, first-touch attribution, site behavior, and remembered consent choices. Optional Google analytics storage defaults to denied until a visitor chooses to allow analytics.
Calls, WhatsApp, maps, booking, hosting, and email
Calls, WhatsApp, maps, Tekmetric booking, Vercel hosting, Google Analytics, and any email delivery are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. Opening Tekmetric booking is measured as a booking launch; it does not prove that an appointment was completed.
